JOB SUMMARY: Handle ACCA Student from Taiwan/ Hongkong

Job Duties:

  • Handle call and emails regarding inquiries from clients, candidates, and stakeholders regarding ACCA certification, exam processes, and project details. Provide accurate and timely information and support.
  • Provide information and guidance to clients on ACCA exam preparation, certification requirements, and other related services.
  • Application processing; basic products only (renewals)
  • Ensure the highest quality of service is provided at all times, with strict adherence to agreed service levels.
  • Be an ambassador for ACCA treating all internal and external customers with respect and in a professional manner at all times.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of current customer processes and procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
