Hence, we are looking for a dynamic, keen to learn, meticulous individual for Human Resource department. He/she will oversee the entire process of preparing the letters, oversees the filling systems. He/she will also be involved with helping the team in preparing for the submission for official letters. The daily task will be heavily on data entry and administrative work including updating the databases. Be dependable and committed to updating, maintaining and representing Kenny Hills Hospitality Group Culture professionally.

Duties include, but not restricted to:

- Prepare, review, and take action on various employment letters such as LOA, appraisal forms, confirmations, promotions, transfers, memos, show cause notices, etc.

- Assist in Payroll, attendance record & data input

- Create & maintain filling systems that is effective and tidy

- Assist in submission of official letters to goverment bodies & assist in foreign worker permit renewal process

- Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation and days off.

- Follow-up on probation review and preparation of confirmation letter.

Candidate must:

- Possess Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Human Resource or related courses

- Have at least 2 years of experience in Human Resource

- Have own transport & able to travel

- Have eye for details & meticulous

- Computer & number literate

- Fresh Graduate encouraged to apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
