Customer Service Internship Trainee (Immediate Hiring)

Kuala Lumpur-Internship for Customer Service/Business/Logistic Students

During the internship period, you will be exposed to these areas:

Responsibilities:

• To be attached to Customer Service department
• Supporting in understanding department function and process
• Assisting in the customer service operations either onsite or backend
• Engaging with cross-functional teams, improve data collection and analysis processes
• Supporting in day-to-day operation tasks

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor in Business Studies or Logistic or equivalent
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated, adaptable and detail-oriented
• Willing to learn and enjoys problem-solving
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Minimum internship period of 3 months
