Kuala Lumpur-Internship for Customer Service/Business/Logistic Students
During the internship period, you will be exposed to these areas:
Responsibilities:
- To be attached to Customer Service department
- Supporting in understanding department function and process
- Assisting in the customer service operations either onsite or backend
- Engaging with cross-functional teams, improve data collection and analysis processes
- Supporting in day-to-day operation tasks
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor in Business Studies or Logistic or equivalent
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated, adaptable and detail-oriented
- Willing to learn and enjoys problem-solving
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Minimum internship period of 3 months
