  • Prior working experience in the call service industry will be an added advantage.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Inbound & Outbound Calls

  • Handle Inbound and Outbound call to customer inquiries related to the printing/digital products and services. (e.g.: online purchase, warranty registration, repair services, product guideline, online shop, gift redemption, hardware issue)
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from Sales & Main Line.
  • Filter calls and liaise with other department if needed. (e.g: Business Unit, IT)
  • Assist with other administrative task assigned by superior.
  • Keep track of the customer interaction.
  • Maintain high level of customer satisfaction whilst maintain a professional manner.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Up to RM2,400.00 per month
