- Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.
- Able to work on rotational shifts.
- Prior working experience in the call service industry will be an added advantage.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to perform in a high-paced working environment.
- Age Group: 18-55 years old.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Inbound & Outbound Calls
- Handle Inbound and Outbound call to customer inquiries related to the printing/digital products and services. (e.g.: online purchase, warranty registration, repair services, product guideline, online shop, gift redemption, hardware issue)
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from Sales & Main Line.
- Filter calls and liaise with other department if needed. (e.g: Business Unit, IT)
- Assist with other administrative task assigned by superior.
- Keep track of the customer interaction.
- Maintain high level of customer satisfaction whilst maintain a professional manner.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: Up to RM2,400.00 per month
