WHAT'S THE ROLE?

The purpose of the role is to implement end-to-end repair service process based on global standards. The role involves leveraging on the global process community to generate new ideas, exporting and importing the best process practices and ensuring efficient end-to-end process flow. The job holder needs to establish strong collaboration within the service area leadership and Refurbished Tool Program (RTP) team to build a community of high performing teams

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?

1. Technical Knowledge: Expert in end-to-end repair operations as well as implementing new technology and processes to create value and impact. Capabilities of technical and quality topics / Understand and manage (technical) interfaces. Project Management Skills.
2. Driving Results & Change Management: Ensure service levels and optimum processes that lead to productivity through efficiency. Develop and actively managing the AMS Process and Project portfolio and its performance. Value based mindset / attitude / drive to outperform. Lean management & continuous improvements. Implementing selected VIP services from the AMS catalogue.
3. Develop yourself: Embrace success & failures through hypothesis-driven experimentation
4. Action Orientation & Cultivating Innovation: Work on the end-to-end repair process based on global standards and from ideation to implementation and measuring impact. Proposing innovative solutions and prioritizing the most promising ones - curiosity and willingness to learn.
5. Planning & Aligning: Delegate tasks to the operations team and providing hands-on support when required. Tracking, following up and completing agreed initiatives with counterparts. Self-organization / plan for day, week and month.
6. Communicating Effectively & Persuasion: Gain the support and commitment of others in the organization to make things happen through regular communication using different communication skills. Creation of trust / relationship through active listening.
7. Building Networks & Collaborating: Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, other functions and AMS Global Process team to influence business decisions with strong Entrepreneurial Business Partner (EBP) behaviors. Support others beyond own area of responsibility to reach overarching targets. Close to HUB/MO counterparts and Development – being a good team player, challenging sparring partner and being responsive with requests.

WHAT YOU NEED IS:

  • Responsible the implementation of the end-to-end repair service process (excl. RTE, RTS processes) within the service area based on global standards (GPMS)

  • Leveraging the Global Process community to generate new ideas, to export and import the best process practices and to ensure efficient end-to-end process flow

  • Responsible for the implementation of selected VIP services from the GTS catalogue

  • Responsible for the regional/local process documentations, maintain and store on GPMS, ensure min. global compliance and enhance with local legal regulations if required

  • Contribute to definition and locally execute regional roadmap (which mainly consists of functional global topics) & targets

  • Accountable to execute selected projects of regional roadmap

  • Responsible for regional Lean Management and to define the change management agenda bant with the responsible team leader

  • Coordinate upcoming system releases (eg SAP Systems/R3, ByD, INET, HOL, Connected App, Operating Data Analyser) with the local key users

  • Responsible to establish appropriate key user community and ensure their competence

  • Proactively interact with the regional stakeholders, eg Service Marketing, channel management, Process experts, logistics, IT


    • Establish strong collaboration within the Service Area leadership & RTP team to build a community of high performing team
