- Are you interested in helping Shopee sellers scale their businesses through Shopee Ads and being a part of the Shopee Ads team to drive revenue for the organization?
- The Shopee Ads team focuses on helping sellers increase their sales as well as their return on investments via Shopee Ads. There are 3 main types of Shopee Ads products that we leverage to help our sellers (a) Product Ads; (b) Shop Ads and (c) Live Ads

- Strategically pitch Shopee Ads Programmes to targeted sellers and ensure programme participation on a regular basis
- Strategically position Ads Programmes via deep diving into seller’s Ads Performance and collaborating with RMs/KAMs to gain more insights on Ads Investment opportunities
- Objection handle effectively to increase the sign-up rate and conversion rate of Ads Programmes amongst shortlisted sellers
- Ensure seller feedback is channelled and implemented effectively through collaborating with the Ads Programmes team
- Drive the iteration of the pitch strategy of Ads Programmes to sellers to ensure an increase in sign-up rates and conversion rates
- Relationship Management and conducting Consultative Selling of Shopee Ads as a product
- Build strong relationships, ensure brand satisfaction on Shopee Ads Performance and drive Ads Investment through consultative selling
- Ensure alignment between the brand’s Shopee Key Account Manager, Shopee Marketing Solution team and Shopee Mall team to ensure we present a cohesive strategy and proposal of Shopee Ads to brands
- Understand the brand’s pain points and key objectives when it comes to Shopee Ads and help them resolve it
- Deep dive into seller's accounts and prepare Shopee Ads Performance reports informing direction/tips to improve seller's Ads Performance as well as identify opportunities to increase Ads Investments
- Set regular touch-points with brands in order to train them on the best practices of Ads Optimization
- Bachelor’s degree in any field is required
- 3-5 years of experience as Ads Account Manager or similar role; experience in digital media is preferred
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Hunger to generate revenue and monetise for the organization
- Good team player, adaptable, positive working attitude, and a quick learner
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English (verbal and written communication skills)
- Proficiency and comfort in utilizing Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) as well as collaborating on Google sheets and Google slides
