Working days: Mon - Fri (9am - 6pm), Sat alt week (9am - 6pm)
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that team addresses customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally via phone, email and live chat.
- To coordinate with overseas agent on the shipment consolidation by Air and Ocean.
- To coordinate with operations department to ensure clients shipment arrive and are delivered on time.
- Responsible and resolve for customers' queries follow-up and processing.
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, evaluate problems raised by customers, and provide comprehensive answers and appropriate solutions.
Requirements:
- Able to read, write, and understand Mandarin (as need to communicate client from China)
- Technical proficiency with MS Applications (Outlook, Excel, and Words)
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
