Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Outreach and Follow-Up:
- Proactively contact new, old and pending leads via phone, email, or messaging platforms.
- Appointment Setting:
- Schedule assessments with new leads to evaluate and discuss their child’s educational needs, then provide feedback and appropriate program to parents.
- Sales and Enrolment Closing:
- Effectively close sales by demonstrating the value of our program and securing their commitment.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in education or a related field.
- Ability to conduct assessments and analyze reading levels (training will be provided).
- Passionate about children’s literacy and education.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple leads at once.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Appointment setting and completion rate.
- Sales conversion rate (from lead to enrolment).

Pay: RM400.00 - RM1,200.00 per month
