You Role at TradeQuo:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related inquiries, offering guidance to the Management on HR matters across the group of companies and ensuring their resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with various departments in a consultative role, assisting line managers in comprehending and implementing policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the complete onboarding and induction process for new employees, handle exit interviews, and manage documentation for departures.
  • Lead the recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to selection.
  • Develop, maintain, and implement HR and operational policies and procedures.
  • Provide coaching, counseling, and, if necessary, disciplinary actions for employees, as well as plan, monitor, and conduct performance appraisals, while offering guidance to departmental heads.
  • Manage all HR aspects, including but not limited to absence management, employment contracts, recruitment, termination, performance management, annual appraisals, learning and development, employee relations, and reference requests.
  • Work closely with the management to ensure the company's smooth operation.
  • Support and nurture the company's culture through HR practices.
  • Foster a positive working environment by engaging and motivating the company's staff.
  • Oversee and process the monthly payroll.
  • Ensure compliance with the HR regulatory framework and align the company with it, maintaining legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Take responsibility for visa procedures for third-country nationals.
  • Assess training needs, implement, and monitor training programs.

What we expect from you:

  • Previous experience in a similar dynamic role.
  • Prior exposure to the Forex industry is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Knowledge of local and international labor law; and HR best practices.
  • Background in performance appraisal processes.
  • Proficiency in both verbal and written English is essential.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to cultivate relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Proficient in MS Office.

Good to have:

  • Previous Work Experience in Forex or Finance Trading Industry
  • Strong Awareness of Market Trends, Emerging Technologies, and New FinTech Products and Business Models
