Responsibilities
- Assist the Marketing Manager in developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive sales growth.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Assist in creating and implementing marketing campaigns, advertising materials, and promotional activities to support brand objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and creative departments to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, sales performance, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for brand improvement and growth.
- Support in conducting regular brand performance analysis and prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review.
- Assist in managing social media platforms and online presence to engage with customers and build brand loyalty.
- Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers, and partners to execute marketing activities within budget and timelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and competitors' activities to provide insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing or brand management, preferably in the FMCG industry with at least 4 years of experience. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market research data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Chinese, English & Malay to effectively convey brand messages and interact with cross-functional teams. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative marketing ideas.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
