Job Responsibility

  • Assist in data entry into the system.
  • Assist in creating item codes.
  • Assist in key-in portal and monitoring portal.
  • Assist in checking the serial number of the Phone and Ecosystem.
  • Assist in phone activation.
  • Assist in preparing/downloading invoices from the system when needed.
  • Responsible for day-to-day administrative work, records, and clerical duties.
  • To undertake any other ad hoc assignments assigned from time to time.
  • Prepare the weekly reports.

Requirements

  • Possesses at least STPM/Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduations are welcomed. No working experience is needed.
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Computer literate, particularly in the use of Ms Office- Word,Excel & Powerpoint
  • Must have a positive working attitude and be able to work independently as well as work in a team.
  • Willing to learn and explore new things.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
