Job Responsibility
- Assist in data entry into the system.
- Assist in creating item codes.
- Assist in key-in portal and monitoring portal.
- Assist in checking the serial number of the Phone and Ecosystem.
- Assist in phone activation.
- Assist in preparing/downloading invoices from the system when needed.
- Responsible for day-to-day administrative work, records, and clerical duties.
- To undertake any other ad hoc assignments assigned from time to time.
- Prepare the weekly reports.
Requirements
- Possesses at least STPM/Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Fresh graduations are welcomed. No working experience is needed.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Computer literate, particularly in the use of Ms Office- Word,Excel & Powerpoint
- Must have a positive working attitude and be able to work independently as well as work in a team.
- Willing to learn and explore new things.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
