Job Summary:

Our Client, a well-established Foreign Bank in Malaysia is seeking a person skilled and experienced in Credit Administration to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will oversee and be responsible for CCRIS (reporting, submission, reconciliation, etc) matters for the bank.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various departments to manage credit risk control.
  • Perform CCRIS submissions in line with BNM policy and internal procedures.
  • Verify credit information entries in both the BNM CCRIS portal and the internal back-end system.
  • Reconcile CCRIS data to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
  • Identify and correct discrepancies in CCRIS data, and resolve data quality issues reported by BNM.
  • Submit CCRIS reports to BNM, including any ad hoc requests.
  • Liaise with BNM officers regarding CCRIS related matters.
  • Coordinate with departments on CCRIS issues, projects, and initiatives.
  • Maintain communication with internal and external parties involved in CCRIS activities.
  • Ensure all CCRIS report submissions comply with BNM requirements.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • Relevant working experience in a bank or financial institution, with exposure to CCRIS reporting, credit analysis, or credit administration.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including MS Access, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail, good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
