Responsibilities
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to Top Management
- Manages a portfolio of clients in accordance to designated account distribution.
- Initiate new sales, prospects and qualifies leads and solicits potential clients in B2B negotiated market segments (FIT and groups).
- Respond to sales inquiries from potential clients and customers seeking sleeping rooms, meeting space, food and beverage services, etc.
- Conduct property site visits.
- Preparing proposals and contracts for the hotel, adhering to established SOPs and in accordance with current business and pricing conditions.
- Develop sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed established revenue and room night goals.
- Cooperate with other departments in the hotel, particularly Reservations and the Banqueting Department, to create an exceptional Guest experience and build strong, comprehensive sales programs.
Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Warm personality with team spirit
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in hotel or any other relevant industry preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and Hotel systems.
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
- Ability to work well under time pressure and/or demanding travel schedules.
- Knowledge of the local marketplace and hospitality industry.
- A passion for sales and target-based performance.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
