Main Task:

a) Manage MOE letters and prepare all IMM forms for new and renewal applications, including Student, Guardian, and Dependent Visas.

b) Update and maintain the Master Spreadsheet.

c) Serve as the Lead Person-in-Charge (PIC) for applications, both new and renewal, for all nationalities except China.

d) Act as the PIC for liaising with government agencies on relevant matters.

Primary Responsibilities:

Application Management: Oversee all new visa applications for international students, except those from China. Ensure all IMM forms for new and renewal applications are accurately prepared and up-to-date.

Ministry of Education (MoE) Support: Handle the preparation of the MoE support letters for all students. Ensure that all international students, whether new or renewing, have the necessary MoE Support Letter to study in Malaysia.

Documentation and verification: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of visa application forms and supporting documents. Review and verify the authenticity of documents submitted by international students, such as passports, financial statements, and letters of acceptance. Maintain accurate records of international students' passports, visas, and other immigration-related documents in ISAMS and the Master Summary Tracker.

Policy Compliance: Stay informed about changes in MoE policies and procedures, ensuring that all practices are aligned with current requirements.

ISAMS and Record Management: Key in and update renewed student passport information in ISAMS. Organise and securely file all paperwork to ensure proper recordkeeping.

Communication: Email the MoE support letters to parents and agents. Serve as the main point of contact for international students and their families regarding visa-related inquiries. Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the visa application process and during their stay at the school.

School Transfers: Prepare release letters for students transferring to different schools and follow up with other schools and the MoE regarding transferred students.

General Support: Respond promptly to all emails and phone calls, ensuring efficient communication with students, parents, and agents.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
