The Logistics and Admin Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the company's logistics, warehousing, and administrative tasks. This role ensures efficient movement of goods, accurate documentation, and smooth day-to-day office operations. The individual will supervise logistics staff, manage schedules, maintain inventory records, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Logistics Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end logistics process, including inbound and outbound shipments, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Monitor and manage logistics budgets, including shipping costs and warehouse expenses.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations related to transportation, import/export, and safety standards.
- Implement best practices to optimize the supply chain process and improve efficiency.
Warehouse and Inventory Control:
- Supervise warehouse staff and ensure proper storage and handling of goods.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate records of stock levels.
- Coordinate the movement of inventory and manage stock levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
Administrative Functions:
- Oversee general office administration, including procurement of office supplies and petty cash record.
- Maintain accurate records for employee attendance, leave management, and other HR-related tasks.
Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, and office administration.
Skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office and SAP systems is an added advantage
- Knowledge of import/export regulations and safety standards.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
