We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resource & Administrative Executive specializing in payroll to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage the full payroll cycle, ensure the accuracy of payroll data, and support various HR administrative tasks.

Payroll Coordination:

  • Coordinate monthly group payroll for all employees.
  • Complete coordination of the full payroll cycle from onboarding to exit.
  • Prepare and verify payroll reports for monthly submission and ad-hoc requests.
  • Monitor contract timelines and probation periods.

Database Management:

  • Ensure the accuracy of payroll software database.
  • Maintain and update the company organization chart for all entities.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist in general HR and administrative tasks as assigned by superiors or management.
  • Support the implementation of new payroll policies and procedures.

Requirement:

  • A degree in Human Resource Management, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field with at least 3 years of full payroll experience.
  • A diploma in any field with at least 5 years of full payroll experience.
  • Excellent calculation skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Experience with HR2000 software (TMS, Quickpay) and E-leave is preferred.
  • Ability to speak basic Mandarin is an added advantage for liaising with branches and outlets.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
