We are seeking a dynamic Country Manager for our retail Forex and CFDs online trading platform, dedicated to driving business development in the Vietnam market.

This role requires a seasoned professional with 6 years of experience in the Forex & CFDs industry, showcasing a minimum of 2 years in leadership positions. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the Profit and Loss (P&L) of the region, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of financial dynamics within this competitive landscape.

What will you do in this role:

Business Development:

  • Spearhead the expansion of our trading platform in the Vietnam market.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with high-value clients and Introducing Brokers (IB).
  • Implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and market share.


Client Retention:

  • Develop and execute retention strategies for existing clients.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and support.


Marketing Strategies:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies tailored to the Pakistan market.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.


Sales Team Management:

  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve performance targets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and implement training programs as needed.


Financial Management:

  • Assume responsibility for the Profit and Loss (P&L) of the Vietnam region.
  • Work closely with finance to ensure budget adherence and financial objectives are met.


Who are we looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Forex & CFDs industry.
  • At least 2 years of proven leadership experience.
  • Candidates must have a existing client & IB list.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Pakistan financial markets.
  • Strong understanding of trading platforms and industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good Communication in English & Vietnamese is a must.
