Job Responsibilities:
1) Client Engagement: Attend all clients and lead meetings alongside the Senior Advisor, ensuring seamless support during interactions.
2) Administrative Support: Assist the Senior Advisor with administrative tasks, including executing instruction orders, updating client databases, and liaising with the Operations Team to resolve outstanding issues.
3) Financial Planning Assistance: Support the Senior Advisor in financial planning tasks, such as conducting fact-finding, assisting with handovers, and documenting meeting minutes.
4) Documentation Preparation: Prepare relevant documents for the Senior Advisor prior to client meetings, ensuring all materials are accurate and complete.
5) Collaboration: Work effectively with the assigned Senior Advisor and the Operations team to ensure smooth workflow and client service.
6) Professional Development: Actively participate in industry events, training sessions, and other activities to stay updated on financial planning trends and practices. Maintain license requirements by attending events that offer Continuing Professional Education (CPE) or Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points.
