Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Malaysia. This role is ideal for an individual with a robust background in selling to prominent System Integrators, leveraging established relationships within this community to enhance sales and business growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key accounts in the System Integrator sector.
- Surpass individual sales targets by effectively marketing our products and services.
- Work collaboratively with our sales team to pinpoint and seize new business opportunities and broaden our market presence.
- Conduct detailed product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for clients.
- Skillfully negotiate and finalize sales deals, securing contract terms that benefit our company.
- Remain well-informed of market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to continuously refine sales strategies.
- Ensure client satisfaction and smooth solution implementation in coordination with the post-sales team.
- Provide comprehensive sales reports, updating on sales efforts and pipeline development.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial lead generation to maintaining client relationships.
Required Skills and Experience:
- At least 5 years of sales experience in the IT sector, particularly in working with prominent System Integrators.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales quotas and managing a diverse client portfolio.
- Extensive network and solid relationships with decision-makers in the System Integrator community.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English and Mandarin.
- Proficient in discussing complex solutions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a consistent record of closing sales.
- Highly motivated and driven by achieving sales results.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in selling enterprise software solutions or IT services within the Asia-Pacific region.
- Deep insights into the challenges and opportunities in the System Integrator market.
- Proven expertise in crafting and implementing strategic sales plans that align with organizational objectives.
- Familiarity with the business and regulatory landscape in Malaysia.
