We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team.

About You:

You have a keen eye for identifying potential candidates and matching them to the right role.

You are an outgoing individual who enjoys meeting new people and building relationships.

It doesn't really matter whether you are an extrovert or introverted, we will learn together to balance it with a more reserved and tactful attitude. You are comfortable speaking to people from all backgrounds and is open to adapt to any situation.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process, from posting job ads to screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
• Conduct pre-interview assessments to identify candidate qualifications and match them to the right role.
• Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and posting job openings on various platforms.
• Support in data virtualization and internship program coordination.
• Serve as a representative of our brand in creating a positive candidate experience.
• Support the Employer Branding and Communication Lead with creative recruitment initiatives which include digital branding and communication write ups.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our database.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in any field (we are open to anyone who wants to be a part of People & Culture)
• A passion for people and culture-wanting to work for purpose and create impact.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently when needed and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially PPTX,Excel as well as Canva.
• Having a creative hobby is a plus (blogging, vlogging, photography /videography)
