Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: RM 2,500 – RM 3,300/month, final salary based on performance during probation.

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM

Permanent Employment Months: 5 days Hybrid Work: at least 3 days in-office after probation, 9 AM to 6 PM (8 hours + 1-hour flexible lunch).
Probation Training Months(2-3 Months): 5 days WFH Work: 2 PM to 10 PM, Monday to Friday (7 hours + 1-hour flexible dinner break), remote-based training.
Probation Final Month: Must work in the office during the last month of probation to qualify for permanent employment.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support: Provide troubleshooting, issue resolution, and customer guidance on product configurations.
Email Management: Monitor, prioritize, and respond to customer emails with prompt and professional service.
Server Management: Administer, monitor, and maintain servers to ensure reliable performance.
Datacenter Maintenance: Perform hardware installations/upgrades at datacenters when needed, following safety protocols.
Abuse Contact Handling: Manage abuse complaints, forwarding issues to customers and ensuring follow-ups.
Billing: Verify payments, document transactions, and process refunds.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer support and contribute to technical knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

Education: Must have Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Languages: Proficiency in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written) is required.
Typing Speed: Minimum of 50 WPM for 30 second test via MonkeyType.
Driving License: Candidates must possess a valid Malaysian car license and have at least one year of driving experience, as driving is required for data center maintenance.
Working Experience: No prior experience needed; training will be provided. Training: On-the-job training and mentorship during probation, with senior team members guiding you. Own computer required for remote probation.

Bonus Skills:

Clear networking knowledge, including protocols such as TCP and ICMP.
Basic understanding of operating system concepts (e.g., Linux, Windows).
Basic understanding of website development (e.g., WordPress, PHP).
Experience managing a Discord server (e.g., handling community channels, roles, and permissions) is a plus.
Familiarity with Google Workspace tools, including using spreadsheet formulas in Google Sheets, is a plus.
Gaming Experience such as Dota 2 and Black Wukong, is a plus.
Experience with prompting GenAI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Gemini.
DIY experience in building custom PCs is a valuable technical advantage.
