- Provide management with insights and strategic recommendations for organizational and talent development to facilitate effective scaling.

- Support and advise management on talent development initiatives.

- Act as a trusted advisor on organizational design and job structure development.

- Promote best practices in employee performance management and offer counsel to management.

- Transform key data into actionable HR strategies, advising management on optimal courses of action.

- Address management and employee relations issues, including grievances and demands.

- Propose and manage HR budgets while reporting on staffing costs and initiatives.

- Lead new HR projects and make necessary adjustments aligned with business growth.

- Oversee the implementation of a HRMS system and manage payroll and performance management processes.

- Lead and develop the HR team to ensure high-quality service delivery.

- Represent the HR Department with professionalism and integrity.

- Review and monitor the annual Learning and Development Strategy.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as an HR Manager, guiding organizations through key HR practices such as performance management and budget planning.

- Experience in an international or multicultural environment is essential.

- Strong knowledge of all HR functions and best practices.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills.

- Demonstrated experience with HR metrics and analytics.

- Strong attention to detail while maintaining confidentiality and acting with discretion.
