We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment System Operations Assistant to join our growing team! In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our recruitment process by providing administrative and technical support.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support for our recruitment system, including maintaining data accuracy and troubleshooting any technical issues.
• Assist with the recruitment process by managing job postings on various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, ATS system etc.), refining JDs, setting up accounts for recruiters.
• Communicate effectively with the team in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain applicant records and ensure all recruitment documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Generate reports and analyze recruitment data to identify trends and support continuous improvement of the recruitment process.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest recruitment technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role or relevant experience in recruitment.
• Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (written and spoken).
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency in using recruitment software (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, indeed etc.).
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for recruitment and a desire to learn and grow within the industry (a plus).
