Job Description
- Responsible for contract issuance and update internal databases with new hire information.
- Work closely with the business leaders as a strategic partner on HR matters.
- First point of contact for employees & managers to provide support for individual needs on HR processes.
- Take initiatives to improve overall effectiveness of HR processes.
- Establish, implement and review HR policies and practices to be aligned with local labour legislation.
- Cultivate and promote employee engagement across the business and working with leaders to manage staff churn.
- Work with the leaders in the business on talent mapping projects to build up the internal talent pool and succession planning.
- Oversee, guide and check monthly payroll are performed accurately and timely with supporting documents and as per local legislations.
- Degree in Human Resources Management or any equivalent field
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in HR
- Detail-oriented with good interpersonal skills
- The role requires essential skills in Communication written and oral, Interpersonal Skills, Creativity & Flexibility, Analytical, Problem Solving, and Networking Skills.
