Title: Senior General Manager - Mechanical and Electrical

Type: Permanent

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Cheras

Salary: up to 27,000 MYR/month

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage mechanical and electrical projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
• Have signing authority for project drawings and related documentation.
• Lead and coordinate the tender process, managing the involved team.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Apply knowledge to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
• Perform risk management and resource allocation.
• Ensure seamless integration of mechanical and electrical systems into overall project plans.

Requirements:

• Professional certification in engineering (e.g., Mechanical or Electrical Engineering).
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing mechanical and electrical projects (10 years and more)
• Strong background in project management and team leadership.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
