Your Mission

As our CTO, you will:

1, Drive Innovation

• Lead and shape the technological vision and execution, integrating AI and LLMs to keep us at the forefront of the SaaS industry.
• Develop and deploy an AI-powered recommendation engine that increases user engagement by 20% within six months.

2, Scale Our Systems

• Architect and implement scalable backend and frontend systems that can handle rapid growth.
• Redesign our current infrastructure to a microservices architecture, improving scalability and reducing server response time by 30%.

3, Build a World-Class Team

• Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of top-tier engineers.
• Hire and onboard three senior developers specializing in AI and cloud technologies within the first quarter.

4, Collaborate Strategically

• Work closely with the executive team to align technology initiatives with our aggressive business goals.
• Participate in weekly strategy meetings to align the tech roadmap with company objectives, directly contributing to a 25% increase in quarterly revenue.

5, Smooth Transition

• Collaborate with our current CTO during the onboarding period to ensure continuity and knowledge transfer.
• Engage in daily briefings with the current CTO to understand existing projects, challenges, and strategic plans.

• Proven experience in backend development with Python (FastAPI) and MongoDB.

2, Frontend Proficiency

• Strong knowledge of React, Vite, and Tailwind CSS.
• Led the development of responsive web applications with intuitive user interfaces.

3, AI Savvy

• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI integration.
• Integrated GPT-based models into customer service platforms to automate responses.

4, DevOps Skills

• Proficient with GitHub Actions, Docker, and Docker Compose.
• Streamlined deployment processes, reducing time-to-market for new features.

5, Cloud Experience

• Extensive experience with Azure services.
• Managed cloud infrastructure supporting high-availability applications.

6, Architectural Knowledge

• Familiarity with Kafka and microservices architecture.
• Implemented event-driven architectures to handle real-time data processing.

7, Monitoring Guru

• Knowledge of tools like Kibana for system observability.
• Set up comprehensive monitoring solutions to maintain system health and performance.
