As a Senior Leadership Development Specialist, you'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create engaging and effective leadership development courses, journeys and solutions. You will understand the strategic directions of the company and you will be involved in all aspects of CelcomDigi’s leadership development life-cycle. You will get the opportunity to engage with Leaders at all levels in CelcomDigi. Feedback and data will guide your continuous improvements in course content and design, ensuring accessible and enjoyable learning for a diverse audience of CelcomDigi Leaders.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate leadership development through research, partnerships building, design, curation and delivery of customized learning solutions
  • Manage multiple learning and development interventions as part CD’s Leadership Development and Talent Management goals.
  • Ensure effective project management for specific leadership development programs and related initiatives
  • Under the direction of the Head for Leadership Development, build, influence, and partner with networks including service providers, academic institutions, internal resource persons and subject matter experts.
  • Engage with best-in-class external providers for provision of learning and development solutions supporting leadership development.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in leadership development and adult learning
  • Develop and leverage evaluation measures, benchmarks, and scorecards to monitor effectiveness of leadership development programs and initiatives.
  • Conduct research and benchmarking to ensure strategy, content and delivery model of the leadership development portfolio is positioned to deliver best-in-class results and best value.

  • Leadership Development: Knowledge of the leadership development theories, concepts and methodologies; ability to apply them in the design and implementation of the leadership development strategies and programmes; ability to advise leaders on their development needs and related strategies.
  • Planning: Ability to identify organizational learning priorities aligned with the business strategy using key stakeholder involvement to ensure appropriate learning and optimal return-on-investment.
  • Design: Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, learning styles, and learning programmes delivery modalities; ability to identify and design effective learning paths, programmes and initiatives.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Master's/ BA, in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Learning and Development or any other relevant practice.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 8- 10 years of relevant experience in large public or private sector organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience and success in design, partnerships building and implementation of leadership and talent development strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience in learning impact evaluation.
  • Demonstrated experience in leveraging virtual communication and learning technology and tools (e.g., Microsoft Suite, Teams, LMS, SharePoint)
  • Demonstrated experience in (virtual) facilitation of learning programmes and events for various target groups, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly motivated, creative, and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Full proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia required.
