We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a HRIS Specialist. Reporting to the Global HRIS Director, this full-time position is based in Malaysia.

You will work with various stakeholders and business process owners to analyse, identify and design opportunities to optimize the current SAP SuccessFactors HCM system.

Key responsibilities:

(a) Be an effective Service Partner/Business Analyst in supporting business users from HR

  • Understand, analyse, and support business needs to formulate comprehensive business requirements
  • Analyse business requirements, interdependencies, risks and benefits to propose sustainable recommendations and solutions
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders in clear, non-technical language

(b) Technology Solutioning

  • Hands-on technical configuration of the HR technology solutions, specifically in SuccessFactors HCM and integrations to third-party solutions.
  • Identify and recommend appropriate HR technology solutions
  • Work with cross functional teams to design, implement, and integrate HR applications

(c) Project Management

  • Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones
  • Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely delivery of HR technology initiative

Key requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors HCM systems as a support consultant or within an in-house HR technology support team
  • Experience working in a capacity of a Business Analyst
  • Hands-on technical configuration knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors HCM modules
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated individual with ambition, energy and drive.
