  • To handle full set of accounts and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports includes Balance Sheets and Cash flow
  • To liaise with the external parties such as auditors, tax agents, bankers, government bodies, suppliers as well as internal clients/other departments of the Berjaya Group of Companies.
  • Keep accurate records for all daily transactions
  • Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • To prepare bank and balance sheet reconciliation.
  • To prepare financial forecasts/projections when required.
  • To assist in the management of cashflow.
  • To perform any other ad hoc duties when required.

Requirements and skills

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Accounting job functions.
  • Good communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong fundamental accounting knowledge and proficiency in MS Office particularly in Excel.
  • Detailed-oriented, independent, a good team player
  • Sharp time management skills
  • Willing to travel outstation if require
