Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in organize and schedule employee training sessions and workshops
- Track and report on training attendance and effectiveness
- Handling HRDC training application and reimbursement
- Conduct pre and post-training evaluation
- Maintain proper filing for all training relevant documentation
2. Flight Ticket Arrangement:
- Coordinate and arrange flight tickets booking for employees' business travel
- Ensure all travel arrangements comply with company policies and booked in a timely manner
3. Compensation & Benefits:
- Update the insurance providers on employee and dependents enrollment & termination and salary adjustments
- Handling and records all the employee’s benefit claims such as dental, optical and health screening claim
- Prepare and submit requests for insurance payments
- Resolve any issues with insurance providers
4. HR Event Organization:
- Plan, propose and execute monthly company events and activities.
- Develop and implement team-building exercises and activities.
5. HR Administration:
- Manage daily meal allowances & arrangements for employees
- Organize and maintain HR files and documents
- Prepare HR reports and presentations
- Assist in video filming for marketing purpose
6. Other duties and tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Positive attitudes and behavior.
