Responsibilities :

The position is essentially responsible for managing the sales growth and development of the company’s product portfolio comprising of premium award winning products. Our brands, which we exclusively import and distribute, are produced by many well known multinational companies.

Skills :

  • Must have the passion and drive to excel in the FMCG industry.
  • Must be skilled in sales and to help develop annual strategic sales plans for achieving set KPI’s and sales forecasts.
  • Must be able to communicate and coordinate professionally with suppliers and key account customers
  • Identify prospective customers and new opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Identify customers needs and respond proactively to their concerns.
  • Must be able to plan, manage and execute effective promotions and events in the landscape predominantly in the beverage industry.
  • Must be able to manage a team across departments including sales, finance and logistics
  • Monitor market conditions, product innovations and competitors products, prices and sales.

Requirements :

  • At least 5 years of working experience in sales & customer key account management, however, we will also determine on current capability for strong candidates.
  • Enjoy an outgoing lifestyle that our industry offers and enjoy meeting new people.
  • Diploma or Degree holder in Sales & Marketing, Communications or relevant experience in sales.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Be able to communicate clearly across departments, suppliers & customers
  • Manage multiple tasks and work well under deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical skills, meticulous, competency in credit assessment and result oriented. Must able to present well to customers & suppliers.
  • Mature, responsible, positive work ethic and integrity.
  • Effective communication and people management skills.
  • Good team leader and player.
