Qualifications & experience

  • Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School / SPM / O level at any field
  • 3-5 years working experience
  • Able to speak Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia & English
  • Good in communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Disipline, self motivated, independant
  • Able to work in Sungai Buloh, Selangor

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Responsible for issue sales order, delivery order, invoice & delivery arrangement
  • Coordinate with Production to ensure smoothness of sales order processing
  • Provide customer support by answering phone calls, responding to email & handling customer inquiries and payment.
  • Maintaining proper records and filing all sales & admin documents
  • Monitoring inventory level for sales records in system
  • Any other ad hoc task assigned by superior
