Description
- Responsible in sales & marketing for training programs.
- To achieve targets & objective set in the budget.
- Assist Manager in getting/ tap the new training opportunities to external parties.
- Create training schedules track and create reports on outcomes of all training and maintain training records for the company.
- Coordinate and arrange the program and present to all clients.
- Recommend training materials and methods, order and maintain in-house training equipment and facilities and manage the budget set for training.
- Able to handling HRDC platform.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma Level or equivalent, any field
- Have an experienced at least 2 year in sales or a similar role is preferred.
- Computer literate
- Good attitudes towards work, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Responsible, pleasant and independent personality
- Possess own transport will be an added advantage
