Role Overview
As a Finance & Operation Controls Executive, you will be responsible for managing financial processes, including full sets of accounts, audits, and compliance. You will also oversee office operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies. Reporting to the FC, you will handle accounts payable/receivable, conduct regular audits, and coordinate with HQ on compliance matters. This role provides a well-rounded experience in both financial management and operational control.

Key Responsibilities


A. Finance Control & Admin

  • Report to the FC who is a qualified CPA / Chartered Accountant.
  • Manage full set of accounts, including payables, receivables, payroll, and financial reports.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of bills, payments, banking, and payroll matters.
  • Audit sales contacts, assist in overseeing transaction processing systems and internal audits for policy compliance.
  • Review invoices using policy reference tables and formulated spreadsheets, ensuring adherence to the latest financial policies.
  • Liaise with Singapore HQ staff on SOP audits, compliance, and other finance-related matters.
  • Assist in tracking KPIs, analyzing payroll costs, and preparing monthly reports for management.
  • Provide daily progress updates and weekly audit reports on irregularities affecting performance bonuses.

B. Operation Control

  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations and adherence to organizational policies.
  • Ensure proper coordination and communication between teams, maintaining operational control over processes and workflow.
  • Handle ad-hoc finance tasks and administrative support as needed.

Job Qualifications/Skills:

  • Candidate must possess at least recognized Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business fields.
  • Require 1-2 years of job experience in areas relevant to the role.
  • Fresh graduates who are fast learners are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in both English and Chinese, with strong speaking and writing skills in both languages.
  • Show to possess self-drive ability and perseverance in overcoming challenges when starting up a new role or in a new environment.
  • Comfortable with computerized data processing and able to comprehend tables and spreadsheets templates.
  • Self-driven, time-conscious, deadline-oriented, meticulous, and sensitive with figures.
  • Diligent in checking her work to ensure no errors, before submitting to superiors for review
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word & Powerpoint.
  • Familiar with Xero/UBS accounting software and others.
