  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.

Job Description:

  • Conduct thorough investigations on incidents involving lost and damaged parcels or other suspicious activities within the vicinity of Service Point
  • Identify root causes and contributing factors through reviewing CCTV footage and propose corrective actions to prevent re-occurrence
  • Prepare comprehensive reports with detailed descriptions and analyses of incidents.
  • Update and maintain accurate incident data in our system for investigation and regulatory purposes.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Act swiftly to escalate cases to EHS department for further investigations and provide additional supporting documents upon request.

    • Job Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates with Logistics or related Degree are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in quality assurance, arbitration, or other similar role within the Express delivery industry is beneficial.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skill with the capability to collaborate effectively with team members (proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English).
  • Strong adaptability and coordination skills, capable of independently handling urgent job tasks.
