Job Summary:
To develop AC & CAC Channel to Malaysia market, ensure sales target achievement, gross profit, AR control and rolling sales forecast accuracy for AC & CAC Channel.
Responsibilities:
- To plan and execute day-to-day sales & marketing activities.
- To be responsible for business development with existing and potential customers.
- To source and grow sales channel, specifically the AirCond Specialist Network.
- To negotiate and manage promotional activities with dealers & distributors.
- To be responsible for service follow-up and ensure good business relationship.
- To maintain relationship with clients by providing support, information and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities.
- Discovering and pursuing new dealer to sell in ACS products.
- To negotiate or close deal and handle complaints.
- To ensure timely payment collection.
- To prepare weekly/ monthly reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U in any field.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong communication & negotiation skills to convince client on acceptance of Haier Solution and secure sales at best possible margin.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
