Job responsibilities
1) Provide financial analysis and support operation with costing matter such as product costing, determine standard cost and investigate variances with actual costs.
2) Compute product costing for existing and new products
3) Monitor changes in processes or methods to calculate effects on overall costs
4) Identifies issues and proactively makes recommendations supported by financial analysis findings/outcome
5) Attention to details and with sense of business acumen and curiosity, self-driven person who able to work independently with minimum supervision, strong analytical, comprehension & problem solving skills
6) To review product pricing, margin analysis for new and existing products for The Management
7) To analyze changes in BOM due to changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods or services provided, to determine effects on cost
8) To work on SOP, system improvement and development in ERP System in stock and costing related issues
9) To ensure timeliness, completeness, and accuracy of inventory
10) To monitor KPI and comment
11) To manage stock take or cycle count, prepare stock take report, analyse and follow up on the stock discrepancies
12) To support audit matter relates to costing and inventory
13) To handle Group Budget and Forecast
14) To handle Fixed Assets related issues
Education/Experience:
- Undergraduated Degree in Accounting or Finance
MBA, CPA, CIMA, ACCA or other evidence of technical competence preferred.
- Min 6-8 years applicable experience in costing and manufacturing accounting for manufacturing industry.
- Proficient in Accounting software such as SAP Finance module and Excel.
