- Develop and implement 360-degree omnichannel marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and loyalty across multiple channels, including stores, e-commerce, marketing communications, customer experience, and trade activities.
- Manage marketing budgets and forecasts to maximize return on investment (ROI) while demonstrating resourcefulness and commercial acumen.
- Stay informed on consumer trends, competitor activities, and the luxury retail landscape to inform strategic decision-making and enhance brand relevance.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns encompassing advertising, public relations, promotional events, and social media initiatives.
- Manage customer relationship management (CRM) programs to build and nurture relationships with VIP customers and cultivate a loyal customer base.
- Analyze marketing data and track campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize future strategies. Prepare marketing reports for leadership, including post-event analyses and recommendations.
- Represent the brands professionally at industry events, media interviews, and meetings, as authorized.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fashion marketing, preferably within the fashion, beauty or lifestyle.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer behaviour, and omnichannel marketing strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software.
- Fluency in English, Mandarin both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
