Quality Assurance Executive

This position will be based under Quality Assurance Section 2.

Job Description:-

• Coordinate in Product Complaint/ Product Recall / CAPA Management system/ Change Control System.
• Maintain relevant records for Product Complaint/ Product Recall / CAPA Management system/ Change Control System.
• Able to communicate well with co-relevant Section(s) for further investigation action and follow up for all relevant task assigned.
• Able to verify the action plan executed by relevant Section(s) in order to evaluate the effective CAPA Management System.
• As a member of internal audit, material source audit and service provider audit.
• To collect and organize all quality assurance data associated with PQR & APR, provide summaries of results, and generate conclusions and recommendations reflecting the data.
• To prepare Annual Review Report and Product Quality Review Summary.

Job Requirements:-

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate knowledge in Quality assurance, regulatory requirements, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP & ISO 13485).
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Experience or fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare detailed investigation report.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
