Job Description
- Handling winning claims, enquiries and complaints from customers.
- Assist in day-to-day operations and settlement process in sales office.
- Assist in documentation and prepare sales and operation reports.
- Assist in motivating and coaching front line staff to meet the objectives of improving and optimizing the overall outlet performance.
- Conduct periodic field visits to ensure compliance of outlet operating requirements and gather market intelligence.
- Perform other tasks as and when required.
Requirements
- Possess minimum STPM/Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Matured, self-starter and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as this role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking customers.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation.
- Able to multi-task and work on weekends.
- Work location: Melaka / Seremban.
