Customer Service Officer (Based in Melaka / Seremban)

Job Description

• Handling winning claims, enquiries and complaints from customers.
• Assist in day-to-day operations and settlement process in sales office.
• Assist in documentation and prepare sales and operation reports.
• Assist in motivating and coaching front line staff to meet the objectives of improving and optimizing the overall outlet performance.
• Conduct periodic field visits to ensure compliance of outlet operating requirements and gather market intelligence.
• Perform other tasks as and when required.

Requirements

• Possess minimum STPM/Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Matured, self-starter and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as this role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking customers.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation.
• Able to multi-task and work on weekends.
• Work location: Melaka / Seremban.
