Job Description:
Join Bakul Dimsum, a modern pork-free dim sum destination, as part of our Service Crew! We are looking for friendly and energetic individuals to deliver exceptional service and create a welcoming dining experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders efficiently.
- Ensure tables are clean and well-organized before and after guests.
- Assist in recommending menu items and answering customer inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and follow food safety guidelines.
- Work closely with the kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and team player.
- Experience in F&B is a plus but not required.
- Malaysians only.
