  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

  • Identify and qualify potential customers
  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
  • Understand the features and benefits of company products, and effectively communicate them to prospective customers
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach, presentations, and closing deals
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns
  • Provide feedback to the product and course development teams based on customer needs and market trends
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales pipeline in the CRM system
  • Continuously expand industry knowledge and stay updated on the latest algorithmic trading trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in Forex, Crypto, Brokerage Firms, Fintech, Financial Services, or the CFD industry is preferred
  • Familiarity with MT4/MT5 trading systems is a plus
  • Good command of BOTH English and Mandarin (as needed to support mandarin speaking customers)
  • Proficiency in Cantonese is advantageous
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Fresh graduates are most welcomed
