Job qualification and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in business development, project sales, or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Job responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to create effective strategies and solutions.
- Meet the minimum sales quote
- Deliver and prepare sales pitches
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategies.
- Track and report on business development metrics and performance.
- Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and generate leads.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,100.00 per month
