Business Development Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

Job qualification and skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in business development, project sales, or a related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Job responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to create effective strategies and solutions.
• Meet the minimum sales quote
• Deliver and prepare sales pitches
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategies.
• Track and report on business development metrics and performance.
• Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and generate leads.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,100.00 per month
