  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

  • Assist Shipping Manager/superior to execute and handle export shipments
  • Plan and coordinate the shipment of goods to customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of shipments
  • To liaise with forwarders on the shipment booking and arrangement
  • To prepare / generate shipping documents, invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificate of origin, other paperwork related to logistics operations
  • Applying COO and CA with MITI
  • Liaise with MOH for related approval and others related parties
  • Liaise with custom department for smooth custom clearance
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and company policies related to shipping
  • Maintain the records, including filing K1, K2, shipping documents, tracking information and proof of delivery
  • To undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior / manager

Job Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Diploma or higher in any discipline
  • Min 2 years working experience in manufacturing and handling shipping documentations (export)
  • Good communication skills to liaise with internal and external parties
  • Must be willing to work in Kampung Baru Sungai Buloh
  • Have own transport
