  • In-depth understanding of HVAC systems, particularly VRF and chiller technologies, including design and applications.
  • Strong sales skills with a track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.

  • Familiarity with HVAC design software and sales tools.

Job Description:

  • Product Knowledge
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of VRF and chiller systems, including technical specifications, features, and benefits.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their HVAC needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Prepare detailed proposals and quotations for clients, highlighting the advantages of selected HVAC systems.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and drive growth in the VRF and chiller market.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams on VRF and chiller products and applications.
  • Work closely with engineering, project management, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and client expectations.
  • Oversee project implementation, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare reports to forecast trends, track progress, and inform management.
