Reporting To: Human Resource Manager

Position Summary:

  • Assist to provide comprehensive administrative support in the day-to-day operations covering the full spectrum of human resources.
  • Liaise closely with other departments and throughout the group to provide effective HR support.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate recruitment activities which include arranging interviews and compiling a resume database.
2. Arrange for pre-employment and medical examinations for successful candidates.
3. Inform job applicants of their acceptance or rejection of employment.
4. Coordinate in-house and external training activities.
5. Participate in continuous education and training programs when required.
6. Be responsible for updating and maintaining training records such as training requisition forms, training course evaluation, and other related documents.
7. Liaise with Management Office on HRDF claims.
8. Monitor employees time attendance.
9. Take minutes of meeting, verbatim reports and distribution.
10. Assist in ordering name tags and uniforms, to distribute them accordingly.
11. Maintain, record and update the employees leave records.
12. Maintain, update and renew Nurses APC for Nursing Department and any other related documents.
13. Manage filing of departments documents.
14. Co-ordinate the payroll process, inciuding overtime, other deductions and update on any changes such as new and resigned staff, increment or promotions and others. Waise with Management Office in a timely manner.
15. Assist employees with all related forms for benefit plans and daims benefits.
16. Monitor and track employees utilization of all company provided benefits.
17. Liaise with Management Office on the registration of dependents to the Hospitalization and Surgical Insurance plan.
18. Arrange for exit interviews for resigned employees.
19. Assist in carrying out the quarterty orientation program for employees.
20. Perform other tasks and duties as assigned and directed.

Education and Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resouces/Business Administration or any other related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years working experience in Human Resource or relevant experience.
  • Computer literate.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Have good command in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
