Job Responsibilities :
- Reviewing the company debtor list.
- Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue outstanding.
- Issuance of official receipt.
- Responsible for keeping records of collection and status of accounts.
- Issuing reminder letter and follow up calls with customers.
- Handle delinquent customers' request for interest waivers, queries on invoices and outstanding.
- Ensure that collection process are within corporate guidelines, and collection policies.
- Manage Administrative jobs, maintain proper and up to date record.
- Assist Head of Department process Payroll preparation.
- Assist Head of Accounts in day to day operation.
- Able to take on additional tasks and/or projects when assigned.
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Ability to converse in mandarin will be added advantage
- At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experience in collections/customer service will be an added advantage
- Required Skill(s): SQL Accounting, MS Office
- Strong persuasive, negotiation and communication skills
- Possesses strong Emotional Intelligence (EQ) ability
- Patience and resilience.
- Good discipline and team player
