Job Responsibilities :

  • Reviewing the company debtor list.
  • Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue outstanding.
  • Issuance of official receipt.
  • Responsible for keeping records of collection and status of accounts.
  • Issuing reminder letter and follow up calls with customers.
  • Handle delinquent customers' request for interest waivers, queries on invoices and outstanding.
  • Ensure that collection process are within corporate guidelines, and collection policies.
  • Manage Administrative jobs, maintain proper and up to date record.
  • Assist Head of Department process Payroll preparation.
  • Assist Head of Accounts in day to day operation.
  • Able to take on additional tasks and/or projects when assigned.

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Ability to converse in mandarin will be added advantage
  • At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Experience in collections/customer service will be an added advantage
  • Required Skill(s): SQL Accounting, MS Office
  • Strong persuasive, negotiation and communication skills
  • Possesses strong Emotional Intelligence (EQ) ability
  • Patience and resilience.
  • Good discipline and team player
