  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Perform audit assignments, prepare audit reports and ensure all jobs are completed within the timeframe given. Supervise and guide junior auditors to timely completion of assurance and compliance engagement to the required standards and expectations.

Job Description

  • Complete audit assignments within the timeframe given.
  • Prepare and finalize audit working papers and audit reports to the standards and quality expected.
  • Prepare audit planning for supervisor to review before commencement of audit work.
  • Prepare draft tax computation and ensure adequate provision of tax liabilities.
  • Reply to Manager’s review points within the timeframe given.
  • Confirm on the final audit reports with clients before release.
  • Identify and document audit issues and recommendations to enhance improvements in controls and procedures.
  • Follow up on any outstanding issues from clients.
  • Manage and guide juniors on engagement teams and review their work before submitting to manager for review.
  • Liaise with clients on all aspects of the engagement including highlighting to the client the issues related to accounting or other related areas.
  • Liaise with company secretary, tax agents, and other authorities to obtain statutory information required for the audit assignment.
  • Prepare group financial statements.
  • Conduct interview with responsible officers and staff to gain an overall understanding of control activities on the cycle.
  • Attend exit meeting with client and to present the audit report where required, highlighting issues and tax computation.


Job Requirements:

  • Professional accounting qualification (i.e., ACCA, CPA, MIA or equivalent) and/or a Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum 2 - 4 years' experience in audit
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detailed and organized and able to manage self well
  • Good client management and interpersonal skills
  • Supervisory / leadership skills
  • A team player who is able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Able to work under pressure and effectively in a deadline-driven environment

Location: YYC HQ (Pudu, KL) / YYC Centre of Excellence (Sunway Tower, Jalan Ampang)
