Accounting Executive

Our main business is operating a condominium and office building collecting rentals and managing the properties.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Accounting Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial data, conducting audits, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes.

Key responsibilities include preparing financial statements, analyzing financial information, reconciling accounts, and assisting with tax preparation. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, proficiency in accounting software, and a thorough understanding of accounting principles. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively are essential for success in this position.

Handle full set of accounts for two companies independently
Reconcile accounts
Able to keep track and meet datelines well
Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures, and statutory requirement
Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
Handle payroll and other HR issues
Manage current and fixed deposit accounts regularly
Liaise with suppliers, banks, external auditors and tax agents
To prepare timely and accurate monthly and yearly financial reports, management accounts and audit report
Able to work with co-workers from different departments
Assist Admin/Front Desk when necessary
Report to Managing Director(s) and General Manager

Experience with:
MYOB/ABSS accounting system
Autocount accounting system
Quickpay payroll software
Basic HR knowledge
