  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE

To assist with Market Return ARJV & ARCN offsettings.

  • To Track the customers Goods Return Note versus CNs already issued / pending to be issued to offset regularly to reduce outstanding short payments.

A&P ARCN Issuance / send to HQ for Contra Note.

  • To Chase the salespersons for debit notes for A&P deductions so that we have supporting documents for HQ to issue contra notes. To issue ARCN for Fixed A&P spending e.g. Home-shelf or Gondola End (GE) display.

Backup Payment Receipting.

  • To back-up payment receipting in the event of overwhelming last minute payments by customers during month ends or when during shorthanded due to the key persons i.e Finance Executive & Assistant Manager on MC or long leave.

REQUIREMENT

Years of Experience min 2 years in Finance role. Preferably Finance related and proficient in EXCEL & Accounts Receivable.

Academic Qualification : Diploma ( Assistant & Supervisor level ) /Degree ( Executive level ).
